She’s Electric!

Hyundai She’s Electric IS BACK for season 2 and we want to see your boardrider club involved!!

Hyundai She’s Electric not only aims to uncover Australia’s best female surfing talent, but to continue pushing female surfing forward. This year, by taking the competition online to allow more women to enter!

Dates

• Entries Open: 9^th October 2023
• Entries Close: 15^th December 2023

Entry:

• Open to: Aussie female surfers 14+
• Entry via: Video upload at https://surfingaustralia.com/sheselectric/

Judging:

• Criteria: Entries will be scored per standard surf judging by our panel of judges headed up by Glen Elliot

Prizes:

• 1^st Place: $5,000 + VIP Experience at the Hyundai ABB Grand Final with Laura Enever + Spot in the Hyundai Team Electric Surf Camp at the HPC
• 2^nd – 5^th Place: $1,000 + Spot in the Hyundai Team Electric Surf Camp at the HPC
• Weekly Prizes: GoPro Hero 11 valued at $600 given out each week for 10 weeks to the ‘Bright Spark’ winner who shows innovation and creativity in their surfing.
• Our Bright Spark winners so far have been women who have pushed the boundaries in their own surfing. This includes attempting difficult manoeuvres such as an aerial, not necessarily landing it, but won due to their commitment to be innovative and creative in their approach.

Hyundai Team Electric will get access to expert coaching and national exposure, with the top surfer winning $5,000 cash and will join former World Tour Surfer Laura Enever, for a VIP experience at the Hyundai Australian Boardriders Battle Final.
